‘I did the 8 week course just over 5 months ago now so I’ve been flying solo for a good 5 months. I lost just over 29 pounds doing the course but since finishing it, I’ve sustainably lost 6 stone in total.

Everything @cr_coaching_onlinept has taught me I’ve put in to practice and now it’s just a part of everyday life. I’ve got no restrictions food wise, I have what I want when I want it, which works for me because I bake a lot! 

I’ve recently taken up running which I definitely would never of thought I would have enjoyed or even be able to do before. The biggest part of my weekly exercise would be walking! 

If you have any doubt in messaging him then don’t it’s the best thing I’ve done in a long time and would highly recommend it. 

This isn’t any fad diet that you have to follow or anything like that as far as I’m concerned it’s the lifestyle change I always needed. ’

Forever grateful I signed up to Protect R.
Came home from Australia gaining over a stone, lost weight then gained. I had contemplated doing the C9 but thankfully decided against that and messaged Craig. My main goal was to get to my pre Australia weight! Got underway with Project R, each morning receiving a message from Craig and videos to give me the knowledge and understanding of topics such as nutrition and training. The best part was being to eat whatever you want as long as it was in with your calories, I ate so much cake and still continued to loose weight! Got an exercise plan, I started to really enjoy working out again and once I started loosing weight I found my love for running again. I managed to get back down to my pre Australia weight! I feel amazing! Couldn’t have managed to get there without Craig’s help! After the 8 weeks and continued for another month and Craig got me back to the gym! I absolutely love my programme and the progress I’m continuing to make. I honestly couldn’t thank Craig enough for the support! He is amazing and if you’re needing that peedie bit of help certainly don’t hesitate and get in touch with him. You won’t regret it!!
